First class service from beginning to end, Lynn was so friendly and helpful. I needed a single divan base split in 2 due to an awkward staircase and called to enquire if this was possible. Lynn contacted the manufacturer and was able to accommodate this request. I was also able to see fabric swatches to ensure the one I chose matched my décor. The bed arrived promptly and exceeded our expectations for such a reasonable price and for less than I was quoted from an online company, the quality is great and we are delighted with it. Such a fab customer experience and one that has shown me the benefits of shopping with a local company. I would recommend Craigs to anyone, easily the best customer service I've ever experienced.
